Obituary:
Eileen Cahill Cullen, 71 of Naples, Florida and Manasquan, New Jersey died unexpectedly at the University of Miami Hospital on Monday, February 1, 2010.

She was born in New York City on April 26, 1938 to Michael and Mary (Maroney) Cahill. Raised in the Bronx, Eileen graduated from the Bellevue Hospital School of Nursing with B.S. degree and went on to receive her Master’s degree in Social Work. She was a licensed Clinical Psychiatric Social Worker for many years. Before her retirement in 2000, Eileen was the Director of Detention Alternative Program for Bergen County, NJ.

A member of both the Junior Women’s and Women’s Clubs in Paramus and Mahwah New Jersey, Eileen was a recipient of the Lifetime Service Award. While in Naples, she was a communicant at St. John The Evangelist Church.

Survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Thomas P. Cullen, her devoted children Thomas P. (Donna) Cullen, II and Jaime (Robert J.) Cullen Ryan and five loving grandchildren, Caitlyn, Thomas Cullen, III, Courtney, Paige and Christine Ryan. She was preceded in death by her sister, Alice Timoney and brother Raymond Cahill.

Visitation on Thursday, February 4th from 4:00-7:00 P.M. at the Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples. A Mass of Christian Burial, Friday, February 5th at 10:00 A.M. at St. John The Evangelist Church, 625 111th Ave. North, Naples. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment will be private.
